Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour (or almond flour)

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup


Directions:

Line a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside. Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls and place on the parchment paper. Gently press on the cookies to flatten out and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. In the meantime, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, drizzle over the cookies and top with desired toppings, place back in the freezer until ready to eat!
