Banana Bread Bites


  • 1 medium banana, mashed

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp old fashioned oats

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Add all ingredients except the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a food processor. Pulse mixture until it becomes doughy

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tbsp or an ice cream scooper, scoop mixture to form small balls, making sure they are smooth

  3. Place the balls onto the baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and place in microwave for about 30-60 seconds, or until chocolate is fully melted

  4. Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the balls and return to the freezer until ready to eat
