Chicken Milanese


  • 1 pack romaine, roughly chopped

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin

  • 2 whole burrata

For Chicken Marinade:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • salt & pepper

For Bruschetta:

  • 1 pack grape tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, add the thinly sliced chicken breasts and all ingredients for the marinade, make sure to fully coat each side of the chicken. Cover with saran wrap or tin foil and let sit for about 30 minutes

  2. While chicken is marinating, using a small bowl, add all bruschetta ingredients, mix well and set aside

  3. In another large bowl, add the roughly chopped romaine and set aside

  4. Once chicken is ready to be cooked, place on a preheated grill and grill until fully cooked and no longer pink on the inside. Slice chicken into thin pieces

  5. Add the bruschetta, sliced chicken and burrata on top of the romaine. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as desired and toss to combine
