Garlic & Herb Mini Hotdogs


  • 2 puff pastries

  • 1 pack hot dogs or mini hot dogs

  • 2 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning

  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

  2. Using the puff pastry, lay out evenly and cut into strips (I used the mini hot dog to measure the strips). Using 2 puff pastries, gave me about 35 mini hot dogs

  3. Once all hot dogs are individually rolled in the puff pastry, using a brush, brush the beaten egg on each one and sprinkle with the garlic & herb seasoning
