Pizza Bombs


  • Pepperoni, sliced thin

  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough, I used the thin crust

  • Garlic & Herb seasoning

  • Marinara sauce for dipping


  1. Preheat oven according to pizza dough packaging

  2. Using a greased baking sheet, lay the pizza dough evenly across the baking sheet. Slice pizza dough into small/medium sized squares (should make about 12 squares)

  3. Fill each square with the thin pepperoni slices and a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. Pinch the sides of the squares together and then roll into a ball, making sure the dough is completely sealed around the cheese and pepperoni

  5. Once balls are completed, wash with the egg white and sprinkle with the garlic & herb seasoning

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or according to packaging, serve with marinara sauce
