Super Easy Crepes


  • 4 eggs

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • butter to coat pan⁣

Toppings included: blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, plain greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter⁣ & chia seeds


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients

  2. Using a medium size skillet, coat the pan with butter

  3. Using a 1/3 cup, scoop the batter into the pan, making sure to rotate the pan so the batter becomes one even layer covering the bottom of the pan

  4. Cook for about about one minute on each side. Remove from pan and top with your favorite toppings
